Here's Martin's story.
Martin, 32. Originally an electrician. Fixed shifts, dirty overalls, early mornings and fatigue. A stable paycheck, but zero joy. He'd always been creative and loved cutting his friends' hair. One day he told himself: either give it a real shot, or spend another ten years in a job he absolutely didn't enjoy.
